technically challenged Definition: term used by technicians most especially those working on a call center referring to a computer user that is really dumb, slow learner and does not even know what is the difference between the left and right click of mouse or even the spacebar of the keyboard. Usage: The customer that I am talking on the other line is technically challenged, that is why my call is over 2 hours because the customer could not determine where is the spacebar on the keyboard.
