Definition: Means to load again, such as a program, operating system or webpage. When you reload a program, you close it completely and then open it again. When you reload an operating system, you erase everything on the computer and reinstall the operating system. When you reload a webpage, you are actually "refreshing" the page, usually to display updated content on dynamic web pages.
Usage: My computer crashed and I had to reload Windows XP on it.

My browser locked up, so I was forced to close and reload it.
