PC Load Letter Definition: An error message most commonly used by but not restricted to Hewlett Packard printers particularly from the 1990's. PC is an acronym for 'paper cassette'. Letter refers to the size of paper that the printer is asking for. In full, when a printer displays this it's saying, "Paper tray - load letter size paper." Usage: a.
