 New Definition: 1. adj. A word describing the first 10 seconds an item or experience you come into contact with. After said time period, it is no longer is "new". However the longer it is "new" to a person is linked to how low their IQ is. 2. noun . A word describing someone with less or no experience. i.e. noob(slang). Usage: 1. Low IQ example : That 5 year old plastic covered couch is still new. 1. High IQ example : He hooks up with a new girl every weekend. 2. That noob has no frags.
