L33T

Definition: A form of chatspeak in which letters are replaced by other letters, numbers, and symbols.

There are many different ways to speak l33t and there is no defined standard, though many people will argue about this.

Often, a noob will use this to try to convince others that they're more experienced, since they're speaking in another language while playing a game. Of course, it just further proves they should take the time to read the manual.
Usage: Did you see that [noob]? He thinks he's so cool, but he's just using l33t.

Example of l33tspeak: |-| |= |_ |_ 0 ___ T |-| |= R |= !
