CORBA Definition: CORBA (Common Object Request Broker Architecture) refers to an interface and standard from the Object Management Group that enables software application objects to exchange information regardless of where the objects are located or type of computer programming language. Usage: CORBA enables the normalization of the method-call semantics between application objects that reside in either a remote or the same address space. CORBA is not the word for a highly venous snake that has the ability to flatten the neck like a hood when annoyed. Posted by Radix-64 on March 27, 2009 at 18:47:31 Pacific |
