 card Definition: 1.) Typically an expansion card of some sort, commonly a PCI or more recently PCIxpress based. Examples are video cards, storage cards and NIC cards 2.) Storage card, a small solid state device for storing data, typically one of the industry standard formats such as Compact Flash or Secure Digital.
