cache Definition: a cache is a storage area for temporary internet files to help increase the speed of the web. By saving commonly used items in the local cache and loading them instead of the original everytime you view a web page, there is less data your browser needs to download, thereby decreasing the total size of the data that needs to be downloaded. Less data = faster load time. Usage: To see the new changes you need to delete the files in your cache. Posted by firestorm69 on July 22, 2009 at 18:20:34 Pacific |
