 bio Definition: "BIO" or "bio break" is used, typically by gamers, in order to let other people on the network know that he or she is not only leaving the computer, but doing so in order to take care of the body's biological concerns. These can include eating, medications, vomiting, and any other activity that is usually performed in the bathroom or kitchen of one's home. Usage: AFK for 5 minutes for bio break.
