 ATT Definition: A term commonly used to describe one of the poorest Cellular services in the United States. Known for their commercials claiming they have "more bars" than anyone else. Also known for their contractual agreement with Apple, the makers of the iPhone, which limits millions of Americans who use higher quality cellular service providers from obtaining the iPhone for personal use.
