Typically describes something requested of IT that is either totally out of the scope of your job description or rational reasoning, for that matter. Usage: I was patching a small vulnerability when Janet asked me to find a way to reorganize our customer list starting with the earliest adopter and ending with the one with the most number of sexual partners, sorted by most fantasized about sci-fi movie plot, from Starship Troopers to Total Recall, god what an annoyance that will be.
